DXE Station
DXE Station is a digital management system that covers a series of operational processes from industrial waste discharge through disposal.
DXE Station will dramatically improve the efficiency of industrial waste disposal, ranging from managing manifests, reporting to the government, and issuing sales invoices.
This system has an easy to use, sophisticated operation’s screen and a user-friendly design, so it is simple to use, even for people who are not familiar with using computers.
Useful functions that can accelerate DX for industrial waste disposal

Issuing electronic manifests (e-manifests)
Collection and shipping providers issue manifests for companies generating waste. After an order is received, data is entered into a web-based app for administrators to issue an e-manifest. Once the quantity (or weight) is determined, the order is officially registered, and reports are gathered for transportation.

Retrieving data for reporting to the government
Based on the e-manifest data registered with DXE Station, information on an e-manifest can be retrieved along with the results of collection, shipping, and disposal. The retrieved data can be used to easily prepare annual reports for the government.

Preparing and managing sales and invoice data
Order data can be used for calculating sales. A unit price can be set for each customer, and the system aggregates sales data for billing each customer, as well as the transaction number and completion date. Generating an invoice is much simpler than before.

Real-time coordination with drivers
The dispatch order given to a driver is more intuitive now. The driver can easily find details of the dispatch order displayed on the app.

Electronic contracting for tighter compliance
Complex contracting processes, from the preparation to execution of industrial waste disposal outsourcing contracts, can all be completed online. DXE Station can automatically check the state of contract registration based on the manifest, for tighter compliance.
