4. Safety management measures for specific personal information, etc.
Our Group will establish Specific Personal Information Handling Regulations and take necessary and appropriate safety management measures in order to safely manage personal information and keep them up-to-date as we prevent and correct unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of specific personal information. In addition, the Group will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to employees and contractors (including subcontractors) who handle specific personal information, etc.
5. Disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and deletion of specific personal information, etc.
In the event that an individual or their representative requests disclosure of personal information or records provided to a third party, or requests correction, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, the Company Group will comply with the request, except in the following cases.
- When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the person or a third party
- When there is a risk of causing significant disruption to the proper execution of the Group’s business
- When it would violate laws and regulations
