ARE Holdings, Inc. has revised The Asahi Way, a set of our corporate values shared among the group employees, and renamed it as ARE Group Way.
The Asahi Way was established in 2010 reflecting the corporate philosophy and the code of conduct written in 1993 as well as the mission statement written in 2008. Since then, The Asahi Way has been the guiding philosophy for the company, embodying its founding passion while incorporating some changes and updates.
One of the reasons for revisiting The Asahi Way was the dramatic shift in the situation surrounding our group. Our group went through breaking down our group businesses into three separate companies in April, 2023, changing the company name in July, 2023, and conducting a share exchange between Japan Waste Corp. and RENATUS Co., Ltd. in March, 2024. Although our business and management models have not been fundamentally changed, we have decided that it is the time we review The Asahi Way as we walk into the future.
This revision was created by a project team comprising employees from various backgrounds, including different age groups, genders, professions, and affiliations. As we welcome diversity among our employees, the team developed ARE Group Way using clear and positive language designed to resonate with all employees.
Under ARE Group Way, our group will keep giving our utmost effort into both pursuing financial value and helping to resolve social issues such as circularity.
