From Asahi Holdings to ARE Holdings
－Think Circular－
The company name changed from Asahi Holdings, Inc. to ARE Holdings, Inc. on July 1, 2023. The A in ARE stands for Asahi, the R stands for resources, and the E stands for the environment. It is pronounced A-R-E.
Since our founding, we have been engaged in the Precious Metals Business, which contributes to reducing environmental impact, and in the Environmental Preservation Business, which supports the recycling of resources and energy, under the purpose of “Totally Committed to Protecting the Natural Environment and Preserving Resources.”
As interest in global environmental issues, such as climate change, continues to rise, we changed our company name to reflect our purpose, clearly stating our reason for existence. At the same time, through our precious metals and environmental preservation businesses, we are committed to both pursuing financial value and helping to resolve social issues such as circularity (the circular economy).
